Yeah, Mortgage rates are at all time lows, but the question is can you qualify ?
The Banks have lost so much Money due to poor Lending practices that their
requirements to get a Mortgage are nearly impossible to achieve.
We, the buyer, are being punished for their greedy mistakes.

It's like wagging the Bone in front of the family Dog, and saying
Nope, you can't have it but you can Smell it !

Why advertise low Mortgage rates when only 1.5% of the home Buyers qualify?
The average Forecloser sits on the Market for 12 months or more
Before the Bank has to let it go to get it off the Books.

At what point are the Lenders going to fess up to their mistakes,
open the markets for better opportunities, and take the loss
like a Real Man ?

The Question still remains, as thousands of Families are now Homeless.

Write an email or letter to your Senators expressing concern
about past, and current lending practices.
Demand the the Doors become open
and the Banks need to face the demon
they created.
